Privacy Policy

Version: 1.0.0Effective: July 30, 2026

1. Who we are

1.1

BiFrostIT is a business-management platform operated by Survival Mode Group LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information when you use our websites, applications, communications, support services, and related tools.

2. Information we collect

2.1

We may collect account and identity information, business contact details, billing information, workspace content, device and usage information, support communications, and information supplied through enabled integrations.

2.2

When you provide a phone number, we may collect the number, your SMS notification preferences, consent records, message content, delivery status, timestamps, opt-in and opt-out events, and related technical records needed to operate and secure messaging features.

3. How we use information

3.1

We use personal information to provide, maintain, secure, support, and improve BiFrostIT; administer accounts and company workspaces; process transactions; prevent fraud and misuse; comply with law; and communicate with users.

3.2

Phone numbers and SMS information may be used to send requested transactional messages such as verification codes, security alerts, account notices, work-order assignments, preventive-maintenance reminders, appointment or status updates, billing notices, and customer-support communications.

4. SMS consent and choices

4.1

SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing BiFrostIT services. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.

4.2

You may opt out of non-essential SMS messages at any time by replying STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE. You may request help by replying HELP or contacting support@bifrostit.com. Where available, you may also manage SMS preferences in your account settings.

4.3

Opting out of SMS does not prevent us from sending legally required notices through another channel. Certain essential account, security, billing, or legal notices may continue by email or in-product notification while your account remains active.

5. How we share information

5.1

We may share information with service providers that help us host, secure, support, analyze, bill for, or deliver the Services, including communications providers used to transmit SMS messages.

5.2

We do not sell phone numbers or SMS consent information. We do not share phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties for their independent marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

5.3

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate abuse, or in connection with a lawful business transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards.

6. Customer-controlled information

6.1

Business customers control the information placed in their workspaces and determine which authorized users may access it. Customers are responsible for obtaining any permissions required before entering employee, customer, vendor, or other third-party contact information into BiFrostIT.

7. Retention and security

7.1

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain security and audit records, resolve disputes, comply with law, and meet legitimate business needs.

7.2

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, but no system is completely secure.

8. Your rights

8.1

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of certain personal information.

8.2

Requests may be sent to privacy@bifrostit.com. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request.

9. Changes and contact

9.1
