Message frequency varies according to account activity, selected notification preferences, and the features used by your organization.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Reply STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to a BiFrostIT text message to stop further non-essential SMS messages from that messaging program.

After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message. Reply START or YES to resubscribe where supported.

For urgent workplace, safety, or emergency matters, contact the appropriate local personnel or emergency services rather than relying on SMS delivery.

A business customer may configure which BiFrostIT events generate notifications for its authorized users.

Each customer is responsible for obtaining any required permission before adding another person's mobile number and for honoring that person's communication preferences.

Our handling of phone numbers, consent records, message content, and delivery data is described in the BiFrostIT Privacy Policy.

We do not sell phone numbers or SMS consent information, and we do not share that information with third parties for their independent marketing or promotional purposes.

SMS delivery depends on mobile networks, carriers, device settings, and third-party communications providers.

BiFrostIT does not guarantee that every message will be delivered immediately or at all. Users should continue to check the BiFrostIT application for authoritative account and operational information.

We may update these SMS Terms to reflect changes in law, carrier requirements, or BiFrostIT functionality.

Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
