Hobby Vendor Consignment Terms

Review and accept the terms for the program you selected.

SUPPLIER SELECTION Quality is the primary selection criterion. Price alone does not determine approval. Applying does not guarantee approval, preferred status, an order, acceptance of inventory, listing, sale, or continued participation. CATALOG AND PRICING Mono Amano determines all customer-facing descriptions, photographs, merchandising, storefront placement, sales channels, promotions, and final retail prices. Any supplier MSRP is advisory only. Supplier compensation is governed by the separately approved rate or purchase order. PRODUCT AND QUALITY REPRESENTATIONS The supplier represents that submitted items are lawfully owned, accurately identified, legal to sell and ship, and free of undisclosed disease, pests, contamination, liens, or restrictions. Treatments, medications, known health concerns, sourcing, and material product facts must be disclosed. NONBINDING REQUESTS Applications, shipment authorizations, inventory-interest notices, and reorder requests are nonbinding inquiries. A commercial order exists only after Mono Amano issues a purchase order or other written confirmation. PROGRAM CONTROL Mono Amano may accept, reject, suspend, reclassify, or end a supplier relationship based on quality, legality, demand, reliability, capacity, customer outcomes, or program risk. Internal notes, customer information, margins, and other suppliers' identities and terms remain confidential. HOBBY CONSIGNMENT Hobby inventory is not purchased or prepaid when shipped or received. Only inventory authorized in advance may be submitted. Inventory remains subject to receiving inspection and quarantine for a period determined by Mono Amano. Quarantine may be extended when health or quality is uncertain. ACCEPTANCE AND EARNINGS Rejected, nonconforming, prohibited, misidentified, diseased, pest-bearing, dead, or unsellable items do not earn compensation. Accepted items may be listed wherever Mono Amano determines appropriate. Vendor earnings accrue at the negotiated fixed rate only after a qualifying sale becomes final under the applicable settlement policy. DISPOSITION Program-specific instructions will govern return, treatment, humane disposal, donation, abandonment, or withdrawal of rejected or unsold inventory, including responsibility for related costs.
